Create a professional invoice with your client’s details and line items, then email it with a payment link. Attach products from your catalog or type custom lines.Because an invoice is for products, transaction fees follow your plan’s % and your Wallet fee setting (vendor pays, buyer pays, or 50/50) — the same as storefront checkout. Paid invoices settle to your main wallet on the same hold as other payments.
You can also turn any store order into a draft invoice, send reminders, download a PDF, or record an offline payment (that will not credit your wallet).
Open Invoices in the sidebar after you install this Extension.
What you get

- Attach catalog products or type custom lines. Transaction fees follow your plan and Wallet fee setting — the same as storefront orders.
- Also download branded PDFs from existing store orders.
How to install
- Log in to your Kudita vendor dashboard at kudita.com.
- Select the store you want to add this extension to (top store switcher).
- Open Extensions from the sidebar menu.
- Find Generate Invoice on the Browse tab and click Install.
- Complete payment with Paystack, or install at no cost if your plan marks this extension as Included.
- After install, it appears under the Installed tab. Follow the steps below to set it up.
How to use
- Install Generate Invoice from Extensions (₦450/month).
- Open Invoices in the sidebar — create an invoice with client details and line items (you can attach products from your catalog), then email it.
- Your client opens the link and pays by card. Transaction fees follow your plan % and Wallet fee setting (who pays) — the same as storefront orders.
- You can also download a PDF from any store order, send reminders, or record an offline payment (offline does not credit your wallet).
