How to install

  1. Log in to your Kudita vendor dashboard at kudita.com.
  2. Select the store you want to add this extension to (top store switcher).
  3. Open Extensions from the sidebar menu.
  4. Find Ticket Scanner on the Browse tab and click Install.
  5. Confirm install — this extension is free to add.
  6. After install, it appears under the Installed tab. Follow the steps below to set it up.

How to use

  1. Only for Creator (digital) stores selling event tickets.
  2. Open Ticket Scanner from the Shop menu after install.
  3. At the venue, scan QR codes on customer tickets or search by ticket code.
  4. Mark tickets as used to prevent duplicate entry.
