How to install
- Log in to your Kudita vendor dashboard at kudita.com.
- Select the store you want to add this extension to (top store switcher).
- Open Extensions from the sidebar menu.
- Find WhatsApp Chat on the Browse tab and click Install.
- Confirm install — this extension is free to add.
- After install, it appears under the Installed tab. Follow the steps below to set it up.
How to use
- Install WhatsApp Chat — it is free on every plan.
- Open Messaging Channels and turn on WhatsApp live support.
- Enter your WhatsApp number in international format (e.g. +234…).
- A floating WhatsApp icon appears on your storefront. Shoppers type a message, then continue in WhatsApp with it attached.
